Returns Policy

You can return your goods providing you have notified us within 7 days of receipt and that goods are returned within 14 days.
All bottles must be returned unopened.
Please use packaging of an equal quality to prevent damage during transit.
In the unlikely event where goods are returned but damaged during transit due to poor quality packaging provided by the consumer or in an unsealed condition, no refund will be given.
Refunds will be credited within 30 days to the debit/credit card used for making the original purchase.
We are happy to refund goods that are incorrect, damaged or faulty. If this is the case please comply with our returns policy above. Where damage has occurred during transit, please return all contents of the case and include a picture of the packaging and contents as it arrived for proof of breakage.
We will only refund delivery charges in the unlikely event of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected.
